Great app for your RV
Overall I love the app. Having connectivity to to the slides, awning, lights and leveling from your phone makes setup so much easier. The latest bug fixes solved all the issues I has experienced previously. One suggestion for the developer: please allow customization of the slide names. It’s difficult to know which slide is which with a generic number.

Was working, now unable to login
I updated to the previous version and had to keep changing my network connection to alternately change between my wireless internet connection and my Grand Design myRV_... network. The app updated to version 3.0.4 and wouldn’t connect anymore so I logged out and tried logging back in. Now it automatically wants me to log into myRV_... and when logged into the RV connection it say my valid email address is invalid, and if I change my network connection to the internet I get a pop up prompting to connect to myRV_... and if I cancel the prompt it immediately pops up again and again. Not sure if I should have an internet connection to log in to a remote server or if the email and password are stored on the RV network hardware.

Cannot set up account or connect to my rv
We have been successfully using this app since January but about a week ago it just quit working. The message was that there is no WiFi connection. Everything I have tried has failed to resolve this. I keep getting a screen that asks for info to set up an account, but when I enter the requested info I only get an option to log in. But, of course, the log in info is incorrect. I am very frustrated! I even deleted the app and tried downloading it again, to no avail.

Note to developer
The new change to the leveling part of the app is very bad. You now press to engage and have to press again to disengage. This makes small adjustments to the kingpin height very hard and dangerous at times. Before I could simply tap quickly and make small adjustments so very easily. I do like the rest of the changes although I do still have issues with conductivity with the RV WiFi. All in all I do like the app but I no longer use the leveling part of the app to hitch up. Thanks for your time and look forward to future improvements.

App works
Thank you for listening to feedback and getting the newest update out quickly to fix the connectivity issue. I did not have to put in all my router info to reconnect this time. I am trying to get used to the new format, as a lot has changed... I’ve been really used to the old format, so I’ll post a more educated review in the coming weeks as i use it more. One thing, i can agree with another users comment, is that the header image could be a lot smaller. It’s a great photo, but it’s too big and i feel that the actual icons that i need to use could be the primary focus than a pretty photo.
