- Items not available do you replace it with higher price items
-Ordering and keep waiting for confirmation for ever or you have to contact support
- placing order and waiting for confirmation then contacting support to confirm after that you get to replace items and wait again for delivery
The app mentioned 60 min
I waited for 3 hours and the order never showed up.
This on the service side
On App technical its another story and headache
Will delete the app and never use it again
3 of 4 times, order items not available and require replacement
So what's the point of ordering in this platform?
Consumers could order competitor online portals and apps directly and didn't find any advantage of using this platform.
