  • Great app for beginners or experts coming back to working out

    I had a baby…almost two years ago and was ready to get back into working out. I used to weightlift and knew my way around the gym. But I’ve since moved locations and had a new gym. The free weights station and squat rack were always busy so I looked for apps that had weight machine workouts. I love this app! I have a full routine already planned for me with this app. The app allows you to track weight per set (which is important for tracking progress). The app also counts rest time between sets so you can venture to different apps. The app then lets you know when there’s 10 seconds left until your next set so you can get ready. Overall, I love this app! And it has helped motivate me to keep up with my fitness routine!

  • Great app with lots of choices!

    Have enjoyed using this app over the years! So many choices to help mix things up. You’re able to talk to someone about programs or improvements. They’re awesome people! Lots of improvements. Such as adding the timer between sets/rests. Also have video previews of the workout to help beginners.

  • Great Investment in Yourself

    I love that this app gives you so many options in workout plans and allows you to customize exercises to your individual ability or availability of equipment. The price is great and it even includes the ability to add family members to the plan. My husband and I have been enjoying this app for years now. I’ve recommended it to many friends, co-workers, and my family.

  • Best app and best price

    I’ve tried quite a few fitness apps. This one has been, hands down, the most user friendly. It takes all the planning out of working out. I have bad ADD. So I spent a lot of time at the gym figuring out what to do that day. This app makes it easy. I’d like to add, I’ve been working out consistently for about 20 years and I can say these workout plans are on point. They have higher rep/ lower weight plans and high weight/low rep plans that hit every muscle. Videos to show you the move and suggests reps and sets. But let’s you adjust it to what you want also. Not to mention, it’s really cheap. Def worth it. Try the 7 day trial and see how easy it is to use

  • Perfect for me

    Breaking down my workout for exactly what I am looking to focus on. Able to watch and incorporate specific exercises into my existing routine. The App is not my bible, but guides me to different approaches to my personal workout. I used a different App before I purchased this one and I am very happy with my purchase. I choose free-weights or no weights for my work out, I do not belong to a gym, this App is perfect for me. I am 51 years old and was looking to keep movement and flexibility through a variety of methods, Gym Plan is a fantastic tool!

  • Just like having a Personal trainer

    I love this app. The workouts are ligit. Your body will love it. There are videos if you don’t understand the exercise. Perfect for beginners and even better for those who have a long history in weight training and need a new program. Lots to choose from. Tailor to your needs.
  • Best for strength training

    This app has so many great features and ticks all the boxes. There’s so many workouts to choose from (strength training, weight loss, or combined). The periodization of the plans is long enough to see results but not too long to get stale. The tracking features are incredible. You can log weights and reps, and that information is then used to suggest weights in future sessions. No need to carry around a pad. Also, if you have a home gym like me, you can easily find an equivalent exercise for something you don’t have equipment for.

    It’s also very inexpensive. You won’t be disappointed.

  • Great for Beginners

    When i first started working out all I knew was that I wanted to get into better shape. This app allowed me to do that at my own pace and comfort. We all know what it’s like to be at the gym those first few weeks not really knowing what you’re doing. This app helps train you in and get where you want to be.

  • Great workout App!

    This app has plenty of workout options, from beginner to more advanced workouts. You can also customize workout plans to target specific areas of the body you want to work on. I usually pick a four-week workout plan then set it to the top of my list. This takes all the guess work out of what I am going to work on when I get to the gym, I just open up my Gym Plan app and get to work. All of my workouts are there, giving me the number of sets and how many reps to do for each workout, it’s like having a personal trainer on my phone.

  • Working out is not an option!

    Having built a home gym during Covid and no longer having my trainer to do all my thinking for me I was forced to push hard & prepare my own workouts alone .
    Although I know my way around a gym and what to do 🏋🏻‍♀️having a plan and program to follow makes it so much easier to stay on track and not find any excuses to “take a day off “.
    I have tried many online trainers all quite excellent actually however, I require change because it can get boring .
    I find this program to be an excellent outline to follow, change, or adjust in any way . As a retired elementary school teacher I especially like the colorful end of workout award & assessment 🏆
    I’m still in the trial period and need to navigate other plans . I will review this again at the end of the 3 month period and see if I’m going to continue .
