Always problems

For some reason this bank can never pull it together there are always problems signing in and when I need to get in my account with his pandemics going on of course it won’t do anything when it’s most important. As soon as this is over I’m getting rid of them and never looking back. Stay away from ELGA.

Not as smooth as it could be...

ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING how you a) cannot save a password and b) if you miss type a letter in the password, hitting backspace will delete the entire form. I have a long password and this makes it SO frustrating to log in.

Horrible

I would give ZERO stars if allowed. The app won’t even open! I click the app it pulls up a black screen and then disappears in 2 seconds.

Logging Error

Since the platform upgrade, I cannot successfully login to the mobile app. I will try to delete the app then reinstall it..

Since the update I don’t know whether or not to drive the 45min to the closest branch to me or use the app... decisions 🤔

Update

I successfully updated my app and enrolled as stated...only to be unable to access the login screen on the app. Continually reverts to the update/enroll screen/link. Frustrated.

New update

This app has given me nothing but problems since the update. It is SO slow & wont show any of my transactions from the last month and a half.

CANNOT CONNECT TO ANY LINKED APPS

This new update has caused me to not be able to re-link my bank account to my online brokerages or money management apps which is very frustrating... before this update everything worked fine. Since the first day of the update everything is not working. I now have money in brokerages or other savings accounts which I now cannot withdraw to my bank in case of an emergency if I needed to. I usually like ELGA a lot, but this update was useless and costly.....
