Technically it works most of the time
I guess because I am technically able to listen to content with this app most of the time it works, but it is a sad excuse for a streaming app. Every time you finish an episode it resets your filters so if a creator has lots of content (which most do) you have to go back, add filters again, scroll the entire list of content back to your spot to go to the next episode. Often you have to restart the whole app between episodes so that the content will load. When I have less on my plate I’ll switch to Spotify but I would still prefer to work with Patreon, the app is just so cumbersome!

1 hour podcast, 30% of battery gone. HOT!
I haven’t experienced a worst performing app before. All I need is for the app to play a 1 hour audio. But it gets extremely hot and eats through 30% of my battery in the process. All on the background, basically no screen time at all. It’s insane.

I loooove listening to these two talk about cases! I absolutely love their merch store… But as a Canadian really wish it wasn’t $54 for shipping lol ! One of these days I will make the purchase. But for now guys keep up the amazing podcast work. I love listening to you both. Xo

Terrible app
Great content creators on the platform but terrible iOS app. Can’t listen to downloaded stuffed when out of WiFi of cell data « Something went wrong » keeps popping up.

Please allow live videos for creators
I wish this app allowed creators to do lives like they can on instagram without using third party apps. I know so many that want to use the app to do lives but don’t- please review this-,asap. Also- it would be good if you could save and star messages in group chats and for posts to make it easier to come back to - like you can on what’s app- please sort this asap. This app needs to make the above changes asap - it’s so behind other apps. Also- a lot of people are having difficulty with the app not loading and delays. If the improvements above were made this app would be awesome Payment issues with this app happens to a lot of people please continue to read reports and comments and act on them thank you. Please update the app so the issues are dealt with

Concerned
Initially I was happy to participate and be part of the brainstorming for artists and some profiles are actually good and music related, with professional approach, but I have recently had a very bad experience where, despite me being genuinely supportive whilst not getting involved with any personal stuff, also to respect the privacy, I found out that my personal social media profile outside the Patreon (and at this point also something else maybe) were checked and tracked and false narratives created based on nothing which is very close to cyber bullying. Asked to provide evidence of how my data were being used, no explanation was given and I have instead been banned literally for no reason, having also all the evidence of my good faith. I am reporting this publicly, first because I know I am on the good side and nothing to hide but also because Patreon didn’t take any action to investigate further and my experience has become quite disappointing. I need to warn people to be careful as you think to just go and support artists but you get stalkers and your information badly dealt with.
