Nice for coupons but it’s glitchy
I think it is better now than it used to be because it used to log me out and make it impossible to log back in or make a new account.
I have no trouble staying logged in now or logging in if I need to but the mobile order aspect is broken.
I’ve placed probably 5 orders before, and granted I have put stuff in my cart and not actually completed the order several times, but I am now entirely unable to place a mobile order as it says “you’ve reached the maximum limit on open orders”.
There is no way around it, no list of open orders for me to delete, nothing visible to the user, only information stored on the app I guess with no way to fix it. And I definitely don’t care enough to call customer service or something if they even have that option.
So basically I won’t use it anymore and the company is losing my money to places with functioning online ordering when I am in a hurry.
As a separate complaint, I do appreciate the coupons but it’s really the only time I will purchase food here because I believe they are being very greedy with extreme price increases that are not completely due to rising costs. The customer service quality and convenience of the products has gone downhill over the years (Tulsa, OK where it is headquartered)Show lessHdgnjiffsvbkhgnn

For over a year now I’ve had the QT app and at first when I tried to create an account it was given an error and told I was unable to at the time. Tried again everyday for over a week, and everyday, same issue. Over the last year+ I’ve gone back periodically, probably 4 or 5 times a month and tried to see if the problem had been fixed but still no luck. I’ve searched the internet for a possible solution but all I’ve come across are many similar complaints (at LEAST 50 or more) stating the same issue and there’s even an entire Reddit thread dedicated to this specific problem. Could I and the many others who would like to be able to create accounts and use the coupons exclusively available in-app expect to see a fix anytime soon?Show less999stayelev18

Doesn’t do much for you when it doesn’t allow you to make an account. Even trying to see if maybe I had an old account so reset password, never sent me an email to do so, so I’m assuming I never had an account to reset. But with all correct information, it’s the same error message every time…and an error message that doesn’t tell you what’s wrong to fix it. So, it makes it worthless. Don’t make an app and then promote to use it when it isn’t going to even work. I’d love to not have to scan my card at the pump and use the app instead. Can’t do that without an account…but the app isn’t allowing an account to be created. So…pointless to promote that as an option when it’s unusable. Fix it or get rid of it.Show lessSpoofcat1
