Long wait but very good
I am so happy this company made it. We purchased a unit 4 years ago and thought it would never come to fruition.
The coffee is good. In my opinion it is quiet. Some complain of its noise. I live in a house with three kids. For me this is pretty quiet.
I am very happy with this purchase. It is like having a super automatic espresso machine at only a quarter of the price.

Spinn Maker
Loving my Spinn! Itook years to get my Spinn because I bought in at the start of development, but it was so worth it. The only flaw I find is that it doesn’t have a sensor that tells you if there is a cup placed on the holder. So if using Alexa to brew your coffee when you wake up, be sure to place a cup on the holder before you go to bed the night before.

Good but bad
I love the spin coffee maker however the app needs improvement. Considering the controversy surrounding this start-ups funding and delivery of products to customers, I am not surprised that the app has issues. First of all there’s some major connection issues requiring the user to unplug the device and replug it in to get it to connect to the app. Additionally the presets are always default. Once a customer sets a preset that should become the default or the go to starting place in the app when you scroll to that screen. Lastly there’s no controlling the amount of time that the grounds steep before they are spun. It doesn’t seem to be very much of a steeping time during the brewing of coffee you should be allowed to increase the steep.

Excellent construction. Great flavor. With that being said, I would like to have the option to increase temperature settings. It would also be great to have a booklet / catalog with various coffee’s to scan for brew settings vs. having to scan each bag of coffee before brewing. Or, have an app on phone to select specific coffee brands / brew settings. Definitely evident that much thought and research went into making such a quality machine.

I love the slick experience of being able to make my coffee from anywhere, and being able to use whole beans without consuming disposable capsules.

Great Coffee
I waited with much anticipation, & sometimes frustration for my Spinn to arrive because I was one of the first investors.
Once I got the hang of everything which is very easy I must say it produces an amazing cup of coffee! It does everything they promise and more I couldn’t be happier the consistency is wonderful. Also the fact that I can dial up or down my strength and it grinds the beans accordingly self cleaning, tampers the grounds and then bruise amazing cup of coffee, and then it cleans itself
Like I said I could not be any happier and as it turns out our local charity resale shop could not be any happier because I just donated five very expensive coffee makers that I just got rid of. LOL now the Spinn is the start of my countertop.
