This new application took away the photos of checks cashed. I don’t recall some of my purchases, so the picture helped. Also, description of where purchase was made. I was close to alerting a fraudulent purchase because I didn’t recognize the amount debited. I have to spend too much time looking for past purchases.

Convenient and smooth operating
I’ve been using this app for about 2 years and it’s super convenient. Operates smoothly and I’m able to access all the info I want on my accounts.
Easy Mobile App
This mobile app is very easy to use and responsive. It only takes me seconds to log in using facial recognition. The app was recently upgraded and I really like the new shortcuts.
Web Based
My least favorite feature is that the app is web based and you still need to go on the computer to do certain functions.
ACCU app review
The app is very user friendly and I like the functionality features. It could be more integrated with the loan applications so that the process for applying for commercial accounts is more in line with the digital times we are in presently. I have no other qualms.
It’s OK
The app is ok. Though it looks sleek, it is at times cumbersome and clunky. There needs to be smoother integrations between bank accounts, being able to pay overdraft protection and especially the ACCU credit card.
