Everything is great except location service to find near by atm
The location detection is not working. I called to report the issue for the past few years and they promised it will be fixed but not yet.

The ACCU’s app is easy to navigate and understand. You can also send a message to the CU and they respond quickly with the information you need.

I really enjoy this app because I have access to my accounts 24/7 and love the ease. Check balances, transfer money even set up payments.

I am glad they have an app, and that I can deposit checks into our account with it. But like most bank apps, it can be frustrating.
An app is an opportunity to give the client all the functionality of the website, but with more convenient login (once the app is properly installed!), better affordance, and smoother, faster operation.
Like most banking apps, this one falls short of all those goals.
Still, it does what I really need it to do, and I’ve figured out a way to log in quickly, so I am satisfied.

Carolina banking
We have been privileged to live in S California for 60 plus years. During those years we have banked at ACCU. We recently moved to S Carolina and we continue using ACCU for our rental business that is still thriving there. We love the fact that when I call with a question, I always receive an answer and can almost always complete my banking on line. Thank you for being so helpful and accurate!
