Constantly getting the “message forbidden” error that makes this app unusable, I wish my employer would drop it
Crashes
Constantly crashes in iOS. Have to delete app and reinstall daily. Won’t save user name any more. Useless.
App goes down frequently
After the app went down for the 5th time I deleted the app and reinstalled. Unfortunately, I forgot my username and cannot find a way to retrieve it. This is a flaw in the app. It’s possible to change a password but not retrieve username making this app practically useless.
Update
I have updated my app and now I can’t sign in to my account and there is no way for me to contact customer support for the app. Very dissatisfied that I have to go through this constantly
Not a fan of nov 2022 update
Do not like the 2.0 update. Now I have to remember my username and password. whereas before it was already saved on my phone.
COVR LOVR
Loved by staff and managers. When we release our schedule open shifts are picked up quickly. Sometimes over 30 shifts in 10 minutes. I’m a COVR LOVR!
