They have done a great job with the app. Adding points is easy and everything always works well. Delivery ends up with DoorDash and has had some issues but that’s not on Cheba!TWBank

We ate lunch there today for the first time and Monica the owner gave us a rundown of the popular sandwiches and sauces. We ordered several sandwiches in the small size so we could have a variety and we loved ALL of them! We sat at the bar and Monica took the time to talk with us. Fab and Fun
First time here at CHeBA Hut in Bend and had a great experience. T- Roy gave great recommendations and service. Bowl of Balls were very tasty and the Gin and Juice was very yummy and not TOO sweet! Will be back again soon!Suze DD
Cheba hut visit
Y’all can do better. Don’t have customers who want a sandwich to order at the bar! The bartender is too busy tending to the people at the bar and has a line of hungry people waiting to order. Took about 10 mins to order a darn sandwich. In addition, the last time I came I also had to order at the bar and the bartender got my order wrong. I was nice on my review on my last visit.

Cannot order a custom sandwich
I am unable to order a custom sandwich but mostly the app is good. On my particular sandwich I wanna substitute one cheese for another but it will not allow it.Postal Mike W
App stuck in an infinite loop
Once I got a new phone and tried to log in again, the app would prompt me to enter my phone number. Once I did, it would say that the number is already taken. There’s no way out of this screen, so the app is completely useless at this point 🤷♂️ Hope this gets patched if there’s anyone who reads the reviews!Show lessspenjwilli
