  • Just want a simple metronome this isn’t it

All I want is a simple metronome I just clicks 10 or 15 times so I can do my exercises or practice guitar but the program takes a heck of a long time to load it has lots of ads which I don’t appreciate and I’ve had a better one on the Internet before but couldn’t be bothered finding it this one will do till I find another

  • Awesome

Recommended to me by my drummer friend, and it’s completely perfect. I deleted my other metronome app because of it.

  • Versatile rhythms

I like the flexibility of the various time beats. I like the visual display as well as sounds. It is easy to use and, I think, one of the best metronome apps available. The only downsides are that it takes a few moments to ‘warm up’ when you initially switch on, that it defaults to a home screen rather than the metronome screen and that it works only in portrait mode, not landscape.

Thank you for leaving us a review and for your support, We apologize for the inconvenience. This is our new App update, wherein we have the Home Button for the Product Section. Currently, it is not possible to use the app in landscape mode. However, we understand the importance of this feature and would like to let you know that designing the landscape mode is on our roadmap. We hope to deliver this design in the future.
  • Easily the best one I have come across

I have tried quite a few and given up on all of them very quickly.
This is the best one I have tried by a considerable margin.
Practical, easy to use and easy to find a sound you can live with which is another big problem with most of the others.

  • Needs bugs fixed.

This is a promising app and the whole concept of the pulse and the core is fantastic. The app when working fits in nicely, giving great control over our wearables.
Why then only 3 stars? The software is buggy. Attempting to connect to the device using the shortcut button crashes the app. Requiring to stop and reconnect the long way round.
On another note, i would like to see the green flash on my pulse for the start of the bar, it only does this when using the metronome app. Never when using our device on it’s own.
That’s simply odd. Ok, at least perhaps the option?
This is on an iphone 12 mp with ios 14.4

  • The app was awesome but now

When I first started using Soundbrenner I loved it. I had the pulse then bought the core steel. The app was awesome to. Then they started the subscription thing which for what they offered was a good idea. Except that before it started I was able to put as many songs as I wanted (so far , had 65) but then with the subscription it is only allowing 10 unless you subscribe. I get why with the other features like cloud service and all. But when my songs where on my app and iPad only I don’t understand why I had to subscribe. Being a drummer for a church I’m playing different songs every week so I needed to have a long list of songs. I went to add a song and they made me subscribe. So unless you only have 10 songs or want to pay either $60 or 8$ after their new launch promo is over . You may want to find a different way of using a metronome. As for myself and the members of the band who are using this with me I think we may find another way. Don’t get me wrong , if you want the cloud ability or the videos this is the way to go but if you were just wanting to do the app metronome or something similar then find something else. Thank you Soundbrenner for the few years of use though. I really did like the metronome.

  • Great app

Just a fantastic all round metronome, from the timer option to the wheel that adjusts the bpm, it’s super user friendly and feels like it’s perfectly designed for any musician.
I don’t know if there is such a thing as the perfect metronome but this is the closest thing I’ve found.

Also super happy with the core! 😁

  • Decent as a simple metronome

Decent if you want a metronome that you turn on and off. Doesn’t work well if you want it for predetermined songs with specific bar speeds/ length.

Tried to create a song so I could specify how many bars I needed (about 230 for a warm up) but when you create a song there was no option for length, the set info would play until stopped.
When you’re “composing” you can select the length, but there’s no option to go past 100 bars and there’s no way to add that 100 bars to a song and keep adding as many as you need until you get your desired amount of bars.
