Impossible to get refund - auto subscribed annually without my knowledge
This company takes an annual subscription from you without prior notification and doesn’t permit refunds.
It also provide no visibility of the recurring charge or a way to cancel the subscription.
Avoid. I used this for a china health certificate (paying £170 for a service free in China website!)
I now am paying annually as can’t cancel. Have reported to my bank.

Australia for example is 10x more expensive through iVisa over the government site with no benefit. The official site can get you approved just as quick (typically more quickly) without sending your information to a third party. This company preys on your urgency where you don’t take the time to look into the company. I hope you looked at these 1 star reviews prior to using the app/online site.Show less10JPE10

I booked an expensive hotel and flight and applied for a visa through this website, paying extra for the rush option to get it as quickly as possible. However, the website had an issue, and they failed to notify me for an entire week! During that time, they did absolutely nothing. When I finally contacted them, they informed me that the website had a problem and that they wouldn’t be able to process my visa until tomorrow, meaning I’m going to miss my flight! They’ve ruined my family trip.
To make matters worse, when I confronted them about their lack of action, they just referred me to their Terms & Conditions as an excuse for doing nothing! I will be posting reviews everywhere to ensure others don’t end up in the same situation.

I came to iVisa from a search result when I learned that I needed a to complete an application to travel to my destination. I was caught out because we were to board our plane soon but needed to complete this application. I filled out the iVisa form and paid 126$ to have my application processed within the hour. Turns out that the official application for an ED card is free and the result is returned to you instantly. Do not fall for this! Apple should remove this app from the store.Show lessWhhthe2
