What a scam. STAY AWAY
I had a rushed trip and they wrote it’s going to take 5 days to get my visa on the website but if I hurry up they can still arrange my visa in time. I’ve booked unrefundable hotel and airfare (more than $6k altogether) and they canceled my order because they couldn’t verify my payment for their services although I’ve replied to them and confirmed everything right away.

Just don’t
Slow service - and not up to date with Visa requirement changes. The form they filled and emailed to me was out dated which I found out once I arrived at the Visa office. I needed to fill in the up to date form instead at the visa office and ivisa said bad luck - no refund.TOPBMC

Useless service! Applied for Visa for Bhutan and paid the fees. Even after four weeks, they still could not complete the process! Bhutan Immigration kept telling us that they didn’t get the application while IVisa kept insisting they submitted it. We were in touch with Bhutan embassy who kept checking for us! Finally, we gave up and applied by ourselves and got it in three days!! Incompetent service. Very poor responses when we tried to tell them that they didn’t submit the application!!! What an easy way to apply for a visa. Traveling to Australia last year and went through the government website to get our visas.
