Not honest
I applied for an Indonesian visa with a fast order, but I didn’t receive anything. I paid for rush processing and extra for a guarantee to get the visa within 7 days. The guarantee is supposed to refund my money if I didn’t get the visa. The time’s up, and I still haven’t received anything. Additionally, when I text them, no one replies, even though they are supposed to offer 24/7 customer service.Show lessTA1901
Expensive and slow
Having used IVisa three times now and let down each time…on one occasion I had to change my travel plans completely because the visa didn’t come through and all IVisa said that it was due to the governments issues. So hear is what I have learned…use government immigration websites. They will be cheaper and quicker. My SGAC card cost nothing but with IVisa it costs a huge amount. IVisa requires you to submit documents that the govt websites don’t! When you complain to IVisa you have to deal with a chat bot and then wait hours for a WhatsApp response…as usual with life these days no one will actually want to talk to you!Show lessRunnymede1215John
Terrible don’t use
Do yourself a favour and do not use this app. The docs they prepare are not accepted by officials. They don’t even give you a proper refund after knowing the fact that their documents don’t work. Not good.Shyshaz
Terrible service, broken promises
I was traveling to Australia via Auckland without knowing a visa was required even if just transferring through the airport (which is ridiculous but that’s for another rant). I frantically searched for an app to get one. This one promised a visa in about two hours OR LESS for a king’s ransom which I gave in to. Needless to say, they didn’t deliver in time and nearly ruined my trip if it wasn’t for the ticket agent telling to use a different one which got through in under 10 minutes. I have been trying to speak to someone about supporting my visa for Bali which should only be $50 each but of course going through this app which I thought would be helpful has cost us $300, only to not have a Visa and no closer to finding out what has been missed 24 hours later. I wanted the Australian ETA app which I accidentally deleted from my phone. When I searched the App Store for Australian ETA, this one came up first, probably because they pay to come up first. It had been a while since I used Australian ETA so I didn’t realize this was different. I downloaded and paid their exorbitant fee and submitted and only then did I realize it was the wrong app. Hopefully it actually works and all I did was pay $80 unnecessarily. Be careful!!
