Absolutely do not use these guys. I paid a premium for a 3 day visa - they did not get it approved & have no authority to go so. I had to cancel my trip but they still took all the money. Every email you get is from a different person and there is no accountability. Go directly to the embassy!!JackieJo B

I have spent the last several hours trying to get on the Honduras Pre-check app with absolutely no success whatsoever so when I found out I had to pay on this app I was angry BUT it was so simple and quick, they responded with an email saying when my 2 pre-checks were going to be processed. This has taken a weight off of my mind for this holiday so I don’t mind the cost(now).Show lessDragonlady1986

This app is feeding on your anxiety, promising to deliver speedily documents you could not get fast otherwise. They take a lot of money (a lot if it!) and don’t deliver.
They promised us to deliver quickly a visa to enter Australia, charged us $750 and kept us waiting for hours. Once at the airport staff at our airline counter showed us the official website for the Australian government, it took 5 minutes and $40 to get the visa.Show lessstinkydinkhole

They sent me customs declaration form instead of visa after I reached out to them on whatapp number. I explain the problem specifically asking for visa to Brazil. They don’t even acknowledge my text. I just wanted them to change the order to visa. But they are ignoring me. Avoid if you can. They messed up my wife’s Vietnam visa and I took them for their word that everything was cleared. There were errors in our visa when we trying to board our flight and that led to our flight out of Japan to be delayed for a day and I used another company to get an expedited visa for which I had to pay 350 dollars to get done. I will never use them again and anyone reading this should be aware that they do not check their work. They did refund her cost of the visa but the damage was more and we lost 2 days of our trip bc of this.Show lesskg7266
