These people are either scammers or incredibly incompetent to the point of negligence. Our documents have been repeatedly rejected even though we checked with the consulate and they confirmed that our documents are in order. When we reached out to support, they just give a canned response and reject the documents again. What’s even worse is that they refuse to withdraw our application so that we can apply ourselves. Couldn't believe how user friendly this App is. Straight forward and extremely efficient. I've tried other application sites and abandoned them in favour of iVisa because of it's simplicity and efficiency. Highly recomnend to anyone requiring a Visa to travel.Skippy1951

iVisa will continue to say it’s not their fault, blame either me or the government of Australia, but I must at least tell everyone my experience (spoiler alert: I’ll cost me $300 because they refuse to refund).
1. I did the super-rush service for an Australian visa and paid nearly $300 for it (the need for the rush was my fault, not theirs).
2. The following day, as my flight approached, I did not have any communication back other than “waiting for government” (spoiler alert: you can go straight to the government and skip step 1!).
3. Since they do not have any additional expertise or contacts to move this through - I can tell you “super rush” versus regular, is the same queue.
4. I had 2.5 hrs before my flight and an agent suggested that this was not a legit service for $300 and told me to just use the standard ETA.
5. I used the standard Australian ETA app, paid $20, and got the visa in 2 hours, made my flight, and STILL hours ahead of iVisa’s Australian queue from the day before.
I can only speak to my Australian Visa experience, they refuse to refund my money at all, even though they knew it was clearly obsolete once I received it the Visa from ETA.
At least pleas beware that: super-rush was not a real rush, since standard queue was quicker anyway!Show lessAUS_VISA_BS

Was trying to get a Visa from the US to Australia and thought this was the correct site. They charge $110 US dollars for what you can get through the Australian government for $20. Halfway through using this app I realized my mistake and went through the Aussie government website. One day after using this app (and providing lots of information about myself) someone in China was trying to use my credit card to add to their PayPal account. Coincidence? I think not. Please know that this is NOT the way to get a visa to visit Australia!Show lessKrislav

All the positive reviews are fake but all the negative reviews are true.
The fancy app trapped my wife thinking the company helps in India visa processing. But did not realize that this company is cheating her as india visas were suspended by government. This company did not show any warning or message.
Company took all the confidential details and straight away charged us money.
We are asking for refunds since 3 days but no response.
We are telling everyone around us, on social media and the banks about the fraud this company into.

I just realised that the Australian Visa is only AU$20 (if applied via the Australian ETA App). Yet I had to pay more than £77 for the visa application from this App.
Are you even a genuine agent? Is my issued/approved visa authentic? Have I been scammed?
