New user and vpn issues

I like this product. I have the anti-virus and web scan installed/active on my phone and personal laptop. Unfortunately, every time I try to use the vpn it fails to connect to even the most optimal location. I only got it to connect weeks after using it and trying most days. I have a hunch it may be restricted on the WiFi I currently use most days, so take this review with a grain of salt. Besides that this app helped me feel safer on the internet and more protected from viruses.

Consistent and functional app

This app has worked across several countries in North and Central America which very little glitches. In some of the most remote regions in various settings; industrial, rural, agricultural and cities/towns. Working remotely and traveling has made a premium VPN subscription necessary. I have it installed on 3 devices and was able to share it with a few close friends and family, for 10 devices it’s reasonably priced. I prepaid for 2 years which is a great option.

hot garbage

the ui is no diffrent than express or nord. pretty much exact same. just looks diffrrnt. but this con is absolute trash just like express and nord. like every other vpn it constantly dissconects and crashes and then when it dissconnects it wont recconect by itself you have to do it manually by going into the app and dissconnect it then once its not connected (which then leaks your ip) you then press connect and itll connect but if you dont disconnect and reconnect itll just sit there spinning in a circle forever and mo matter how long you wait it will not reconnect on it own. once again this will leak your ip because even if you have the killswitch on like i do. when you manually disconnect it does not kill intermet connectivity and then you connect with your ip for the amount of time it takes you to press connect which then once the connection process begins the kllswitch activates and you lose internet connectivity until coneccted with vpn. trash just like every other vpn.

Still trying to get refunded

This app won’t work on my older MacBook so asked for refund. Spent hours in chat, they dropped me 3 times after entering all info requested, sent screenshot of their email accepting payment but they still say they can’t help. Think twice before purchasing. Update, been a couple days and unanswered emails from ultra. Still no refund. Poor way to run a company. Wish I had read the reviews first. You would think it would be cheaper to honor refund than have all the bad reviews chasing potential buyers away!
Oh man. Ultra sent me an email via Apple in response to this review apologizing for the inconvenience, and then directed me to go to support and basically start all over again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Doesn’t work half the time

I paid for the premium version hoping that it would work better. Needless to say I am very disappointed. It wouldn’t connect for at least half an hour of trying (in China). When it finally connected it was pretty fast and stable most of the time. However, it would randomly disconnect and I wouldn’t be able to connect again, which takes me another half an hour to try and make it work. Please fix this, as I usually live overseas and have to rely on VPN.

Every time I open the app it cannot connect I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it worked I don’t want to keep doing that for it to connect, starting to think this is a waste of my money

Can’t get to work?

First of all you guys come onto my phone and scare the heck out of me by making me think that I have some big old monster on my phone that’s going to wreak havoc on me and my family if I don’t buy your product the UltraVPN because I have suspicious files on my phone and this is what I need to remove them. So I purchased the application from the App Store and I just simply don’t know how to make it work? I have set up the account,password and it still does not work,I have tried to call and get nothing but a busy phone so I don’t know what to do?
