I’ve been using this app for months now, and love the variety of gyms and activities offered. It’s great that they keep adding new gyms, and that check-in on my phone makes everything easy. Options for days!
I’m the kind of person who likes to exercise, but I get bored with workout routines. Having the option of doing barre, yoga, rock climbing, or boxing makes it so much easier to workout frequently! I love this app!tmorin22
Best workout app!
I love the variety of gyms that you can go to and the community feel. Great way to try new things and get into shape. My wife was able to get me to go to an aerial silks class and I am pretty sure I would never have tried that without this app.Espalloc
All my workout needs
Love this app. I have all the gyms I could ever want with all the things that I need to accomplish a great workout routine for a great price. The best part is when I’m a bit further a way from my home base I still have many gyms I can utilize with Freeplay. Oh and getting a lot of great friends on the app makes it that much better too as now you have so many places and things to do together!Show lessMore phrases.
So glad I made the switch to Freeplay!
I was paying 3x the Freeplay rate per month to visit my favorite gym, now I can still go to my preferred gym, with the same unlimited classes for sooooo much less! While I was already on a regular fitness routine, it did cause my friends to get motivated and join as well with the Freeplay group membership options. Regarding the app itself, I don’t really find the “playlist” feature all that useful, it is unclear to me the intended usability as it doesn’t actually book or sign you up for these classes. I know you can use it as a way to invite friends to the classes you’re going to, but I haven’t seen the value add there. Overall it is an awesome membership, money saving and fun options, well designed app, and I am thrilled to be on the team Freeplay!

The best!!
I love Freeplay! It’s so easy to use and allows me to go to so many different places - gyms, trampoline parks, climbing gyms, etc. I love having variety in my workouts so it’s perfect. I seriously will continue using Freeplay forever. I love that they allow any 6 people to be on their group of 6 plan - it doesn’t have to be only family. Makes it so I can workout with friends and makes the membership so cheap! Love everything about Freeplay!Show lessiamcamilla

For someone who gets bored with an exercise routine quickly this is perfect for me! I am able to do trx, yoga, Pilates, and keep up my CrossFit for 1 monthly fee and people can never believe how much I pay! Such an awesome idea and love that they are always improving the app and working kinks out.andreacarruth

Freeplay is an AMAZING company!! The customer service is exceptional, and they truly do take care of their members. Working out becomes so much more exciting and allows me to change things up and stay engaged in different activities I love! I will never join another gym membership, Freeplay is by far the best fit for my lifestyle. The app is set up very conveniently to find new activities and is easy to check in at each location. App needs improvements
The location sign in doesn’t work so you manually have to sign in. The feed is not interactive and I can’t specifically see my friends or what my family on the same account is up to. There are other things that are annoying too. With improvements to the app I like the service.Kjoren

I had an issue with Freeplay, however after sending them an email outlining my problem. I got a reply the next business day from an empathetic representative who immediately addressed my concerns. This is a great legitimate business.tightmehsbsi
