  • Good app but it has a problem

    So my parents installed this app for me and it’s good but every time my apps get unblocked it would say something stupid like I swiped away screen time when i wasn’t even messing with this app please fix this
  • App can’t launch

    Hello, I am having issues getting the app to run on my iPad. My iPad runs on iOS 12.5.7 and I downloaded the app. The last update on the Screen Time app was like 1 year ago and no updates have been made after then till date. Can you get the app updated so that I can monitor my kids iPad..
  • DO NOT DOWNLOAD

    So I downloaded this to control my own screen time as I spend a lot of time on my phone. Within a day of getting it it deleted all of the apps that I had made on shortcuts and deleted all of my widgets. It took me over an hour to fix. (Edit from a year or two later - my phone still has a setting the prevents my apps from working after a certain time that I cannot figure out how to turn off which only happened after I downloaded the app) I also couldn’t sink my phone which you need to do for school. Let me tell you it deleted hours of work within a span of minutes I absolutely hate this app do not make the same mistake I did. Might I also add that it doesn’t actually work you cannot give your child more or less screen time and when you want to delete it even if you delete the account it still works so you need to go into settings and remove it which might I add is blocked so it’s a mess of an app I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

  • Nice at first

    It was amazing at first. Then my in-laws butted in and tried to delete apps…. Became a hassle and my child couldn’t use his phone anymore. I tired all the faq’s I tried talking to someone. It kept my sons phone locked. Had to cancel the subscription just to get his phone to work again.

  • Horrible App

    This app is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t do what it describes. Very difficult to navigate. I actually paid for 6 months. Had the app for 2 hours trying to manage and navigate through it. I would like a refund. Who do I need to contact?

  • HORRIBLE

    this app is HORRIBLE. The pause feature is basically the only thing that works. And even still, I once had to redownload the app because when I paused my own phone, it DELETED MY NUMBER from ALL OF MY CONTACTS. The link to the screen time doesn’t work, so I can be on my phone for over 4 hours when my screen time is set to 2. I have ADHD and I get time blindness and scrolling paralysis and I thought this would be a good idea. It wasn’t. Also, when my bedtime lock comes off, sometimes it’ll just make me click “tAp HeRe tO gEt YoUr aPpS bAcK” and it doesn’t work. Don’t get this.

  • Really annoyed

    Just got this for my daughter and it keeps locking the app on her iPhone and causing an issue with the app on mine. Paid for the monthly subscription and 2 hours later having trouble with keeping the dumb app working!

    It might be that Screen Time has been closed on your child's device, if that happened then we block the device by removing the apps and block the internet connection.   • Very Glitchy

    Worked ok until I tried to change settings or add a device. The email I get that shows me what apps my daughter has been on, doesn’t reflect what she does on the new devices. Also, I changed her free time schedule for summer and it keeps using the old schedule. I even deleted the old schedule and reinstalled the app.

    I tried installing this app on my daughters iPhone. A complete nightmare!!!! I kept getting a red flag so I reinstalled the app 3 times. No fix. Horrible customer service and tech support. Move on!!!!!
