Still non-functional
Crashes when trying to open.
Non-functional as of now
I want to use the app to try to find my lost earbud but I have not been able to get the app to open for the last two weeks.
I am scared to redownload the app for fear of losing the data, but the app won’t open at all despite me restarting my phone and checking for updates

App Crashes Upon Opening
The app keeps crashing upon opening. This has been happening since iOS 16 update. The last firmware update from Jaybird was 9 months ago so I’m pretty disappointed with how they’re managing this application.
Used to love the app before update
I used to love how you could set a custom eq based upon what frequencies you could head and tune accordingly. I hate they removed it. The parametric we is much more difficult to use if you have zero clue about audio
It’s great, when it wants to work
This app is amazing as far as audio customization. They have a handful of preset eq set-ups, or you can customize your own. Additionally they have active noise canceling and you can change how much ambient noise you want to let in. I’m using the Vista 2’s and the app allows for customization of the earbud button functions. The only problem; it doesn’t always connect to my earbuds. Music will be playing, meaning the Bluetooth connection to my phone working as it should, but the app won’t recognize the Bluetooth connection. To be able to make any adjustments/customizations to the sound, the app needs to be open and connected to my ear buds. So all the awesome features of the app are useless when it inconsistently connects to my Vista 2’s. If it worked as it should all the time, every time, hands down this would be a 5⭐️ app. But it doesn’t, so it isn’t.

Jaybird Vista 2
Fix the connectivity issues with Vista 2 on your app please. 200$ headphone should not have such simple issues. I love your sound quality, but when I can’t connect to the app, it makes it hard to enjoy my headphones to their full potential.
Fix it please.
Fix it please.
Lost an earbud? Too bad, app wont help.
So I've been searching for my left earbud for an hour now (jaybird vista) and the app has done literally nothing to help. I have my location on, and the app has full permission to keep track of my earbuds location. That being said, the last time it updated their location was nearly a week ago. I take my earbuds with me everywhere, what an I supposed to do with the location they were five days ago?
As far as the other features go the app is fine, but the tracking feature is quite literally a joke.

Jaybird Vista
Great app just because you can adjust the settings of the headphones to your personal choice. Everyone has different hearing at different frequency levels so it makes perfect sense the have this as something to adjust so it can suit everyone.
Jaybird Vista
Jaybird Vistas are great all around earbuds. The sound is all right out of the box, but the sound improves greatly when you utilize the Jaybird app to fine tune the sound profile to suit your ears. In fact, Vistas have the best sound compared to Bose Sport, Apple Powerbeats Pro, Apple AirPods Pro, and various others I’ve used though the years. You can fine tune sharp highs, clear mid range, and booming bass.
Excellent fit with little “wings” that help hold them in your ears. No issues with fatigue when worn for hours.
Great durability, however, and this is why they get a four star rating instead of five, one of the earbuds drops out, that is, the sound fades to so low it can barely be heard when I sweat heavily, usually running in 90 plus degrees heat. I’m not sure why this happens, but I think the earbud fills with sweat and degrades the sound volume (sorry so gross). I clean the buds after every use, and put them on the charger, and they work fine the next morning. This issue occurs with every model Jaybird I have ever owned. Odd.
At any rate, if you don’t sweat a river, as I do, Jaybird Vistas are fantastic. By the way, no other person I know has experienced the sound issue as mentioned. It’s probably just me. Perhaps the sound issue is fixed with Vista 2. If these Vistas ever break I will buy Vista 2. I highly recommend Jaybird Vista.
