It stops running

I have had my bracelet for awhile and b4 use to work great but now all of the sudden if I don’t keep the app open my bracelet disconnects and it sends me a notification. I have went through and made sure all of the setting on my phone are correct and I am not the problem, I specifically made sure the background app refresh was on and it was. I updated the app to, yet it still does it and sends me that message. I love the bracelets and the app this tiny problem is the only thing bugging me. I would hate to get annoyed to the pint that I stop using it bc my boyfriend spent a lot of money buying these for us.

Not vibrating

Whenever me and my partner tapped the bracelet, the vibrations don’t get sent to the other bracelet. Very disappointing for the price

I love it but…

So my wife got us a pair of these for Christmas and I absolutely love it. The only problem is these things go off all night and day for no reason. Currently I have to put them in another room at night because they won’t stop vibrating. I checked our phones for notifications and there was nothing. If you could update a fix to this I would say they are absolutely amazing.

Sorry for your inconvenience. Please go to Me-Manage my totwoo - connected jewelry-find the firmware version. Click the firmware version place for ten times. It will make a firmware upgrade V2.14.18. The bracelet will not go off itself. Thank you for loving totwoo again.

Doesn’t work

Brought the bracelets they are nice , yet have to use an app that doesn’t work, that doesn’t give me a code , yet says to email , which I have done yet no response , honestly fix it as this is a scam , and can be done for false advertising and false information

The latest version supports using touch jewelry to obtain verification codes and using account passwords to log in. App is Garbage

The product is great, but the app NEVER works. Every time I try to log in and I’m connected to Wi-Fi it tells me that there is no internet connection, so I disconnect from Wi-Fi only for the app not to respond when I click on anything. I could not change my profile name or pic, so I logged out and planned to log back in hope that the issue would be fixed, but now I cannot log in at all! Now my friend and I can no longer connect. The app has so many bugs that it renders the bracelet unusable. For the price I paid for a pretty piece of RUBBER I sure would like it to work, and for the app to be the only thing preventing that is a major design flaw. What a shame and a total waste!

Good in theory but can not get the bracelet to connect to the app and customer service is so hard to get a hold of

Disgusted and disappointed

My partner spent over $200 AUD for the “smart-jewellery” as a Christmas present for me. I was really excited to received the touch bracelet but only to be disappointed when I tried to partner with him on the app. It doesn't work at all. We have tried all the suggested solutions but it still says that neither he or I have signed up for the app! I’m absolutely astounded by the fact that such a core principle of the app has not been fixed in any bug updates.

Hello, please add the phone number you want to invite for pairing to your mobile contacts. Manually add the "+" sign before entering your local area code. Once done, go back to the app, click the pairing button, enter the phonebook, and select the contact you want to pair with.

My goodness. What a crazy annoying app. Took ages just to receive a code and get over the first step

Update Issues

I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the newest iPhone update. But I cannot get my bracelet to connect fully to my phone here lately. My phone says it’s connected via Bluetooth but my app doesn’t. Ive tried deleting the app and unbinding my bracelet but it’s not working. It wants me to “forget device” in the blue tooth menu from my phone but that’s not an option. And from what I’m seeing online, that’s because of the app itself, not my iPhone. I can no longer directly delete the device from the Bluetooth menu and it doesn’t even give me the option to “Pair” once I do rebind my bracelet. I’ve tried everything and still cannot get it to work. For a week now.

If you can't forget the device in bluetooth, which means your bracelet is not connected with app first. Please reconnect. To keep connected, please confirm 1) if your app and bracelet keep within 3 meters; 2) if your location is allowed always; 3) if app keep working in the background. If it still doesn't work, please take a small video to support@totwoo.com.
