Hello, please add the phone number you want to invite for pairing to your mobile contacts. Manually add the "+" sign before entering your local area code. Once done, go back to the app, click the pairing button, enter the phonebook, and select the contact you want to pair with.

Sorry for your inconvenience. Please turn off your app and bluetooth for a while. Turn on again. If you can't forget the device in bluetooth, which means your bracelet is not connected with app first. Please reconnect. To keep connected, please confirm 1) if your app and bracelet keep within 3 meters; 2) if your location is allowed always; 3) if app keep working in the background. If it still doesn't work, please take a small video to support@totwoo.com.
