Low supply of products
This used to be a great app, but all of the products I’ve been using are never available for redemption of points! (I have 800 loyalty points I can’t use) I think they may be trying to direct you into using their new line? Unfortunately I’m sticking with what works. If supply becomes a permanent issue I will be looking for another line.

App does not work with camera scan
Downloaded, deleted, reinstalled and the camera doesn’t work. I have to use my iPad. Needs lots of work to be helpful.

I have points and I can’t get past the main screen. Yet I get emails on things I’d like to order but I can’t!

Won’t log purchases
I’ve deleted & reinstalled this app numerous times. The staff in my dermatologist’s office has also worked with the app & can’t get it to log my purchases.
