Cancelled Service
Symplast simply does not work. It is rife with bugs, unsupported, and will foster nothing more than frustration and patient complaints. We gave this product a try for well over 6 months and things only got worse as we faithfully went along. We have now cancelled our service and even that has proven so far to be like everything else; painful, laborious, and unnecessarily complicated.Show lessmruelf
User experience just starts badly
Entering simple information like date of birth is ridiculous. You have to scroll back through, in my case, over 40 years to get to the right year. Then you have to select the specific day all those years ago in a tabulated full month calendar. So clunky. Why not JUST have MM DD YYYY entry like other sensible modern apps and websitesShow lessDr Mee
