  • This is the worst app I’ve used in my life

    Horrible app. After 20 minutes of trying to enter my date of birth, I ended up being born in 1791 and deleted this app.
  • Cancelled Service

    Symplast simply does not work. It is rife with bugs, unsupported, and will foster nothing more than frustration and patient complaints. We gave this product a try for well over 6 months and things only got worse as we faithfully went along. We have now cancelled our service and even that has proven so far to be like everything else; painful, laborious, and unnecessarily complicated.

  • User experience just starts badly

    Entering simple information like date of birth is ridiculous. You have to scroll back through, in my case, over 40 years to get to the right year. Then you have to select the specific day all those years ago in a tabulated full month calendar. So clunky. Why not JUST have MM DD YYYY entry like other sensible modern apps and websites

  • Simple & Intuitive

    Easy to use, I get push notifications when I have something new to look at, and it’s not over complicated to use.

    Constant bugs and login issues. If they can’t even fix those issues how is my private data secure? Absolute garbage.
  • It’s 3 stars from me

    I give this app 3 stars because I do like the idea of having our own portal, being able to chat with staff and also seeing our info on there but it’s a little too simple. I would also love if we can see the kinds of surgeries we have done in the past and the prices we have paid to keep track not only of what the enhancements were but also the expenses. For some models and performers, I know keeping track of cosmetic surgery expenses is essential for tax purposes so this would actually be a great idea to have on there.

  • They have a lot of work to do!

    Perhaps in a few years, after a great deal of research, development and solid implementation, they will get there... As of now, I would not wish this App upon any business. The level of frustration I have to deal with on a daily basis is unfathomable. We have been so patient with this company for years and just now we’ve realized this entire time we’ve spent trying to stick it out with them... has been an absolute waste.

  • Horrible App

    As someone said below, even with saved password it says login failed. When you click forgot password takes you to a registration page. Absolute trash.

    Terrible App
    I wasted my Drs time and I was all set up and registered 2 days ago with his help. Now I could not join conversation, could not go to home after hitting it several times. I’m so frustrated and now angry that this app wasn’t working or frozen .
  • The worst app I’ve ever used

    Wow. I don’t know where to begin. This app is absolutely terrible and has been for the last 3 updates. Where we are at now, I cannot login at all which is probably the worst of all my prior complaints. It tells me my password is wrong, even though it is saved in my password keychain and I’ve even tried copying and pasting it from my list of passwords. Not to worry, you can hit “forgot password”— only this takes me to a registration screen that wants me to re-register. There is no option for sending a passcode reset anywhere. Okay, sure, I’ll just try making a new account! After filling in my name, birthday, and new password, it announces once again “login failed”. It’s a literal stalemate and with the pandemic my practitioner’s whole office is shut down and is ONLY using this app for communication. Meaning I cannot even contact them to let them know the app isn’t working and that I’ll miss my video followup because of it.
