Love HOTWORX, Dislike the app
I have been trying to workout using the app & connecting to my Apple Watch for days. Both my phone app and watch app are up-to-date and my account is in good standing. No matter what, I cannot pair my Apple Watch to have it track my calories. It worked for a while and suddenly there are “no active sessions available” to track. I am diligent about booking and don’t attend sessions without booking—I’m a rule follower in that way. They also make it extremely complicated to revert back once you’ve chosen to try to track calories on your Apple Watch and choose “No Device to Pair” instead. Lost a good 5-7 minutes of this class just to track my calories. The app is an absolute nightmare. Again, I’m a huge HOTWORX lover but the app needs a serious overhaul. With how much we all pay for our memberships, an app that can link to my Apple Watch isn’t too much to ask for in my opinion.
