This app has really gone downhill. I started using it in 2020 and it was affordable, my advisor was responsive, and I felt good about it. After a few months though, my advisor just stopped ever responding or acknowledging me, so I switched advisors and every single one I tried after that was worse than the one before. Since then there have been so many price increases but the value hasn’t increased. Canned responses and tips from advisors. Never providing any new tips or information. Zero personalization. Saved meals get deleted. The app crashes constantly and I get logged out. If I’m not mistaken, there used to be a free version of the app for macro tracking only and now that option isn’t available. Because I get no value from having an advisor, I’d be happy to use free version that let me track, or even one that’s $2 or $3 per month, but it’s currently not worth the cost of subscription. Every time I try to renew my subscription, within a month or two I’m reminded why I canceled in the first place. Super disappointing. I’ll still continue to recommend the products, however, with the constant increases the whole company is becoming cost prohibitive for its users across the board.
