Horrible Experience in Los Angeles
The first time I used the app I had a great experience. The second time I used the app I had a hard time finding any washer to come out for the comfort wash. Finally someone accepted the request after four hours of trying. They proceeded to call me on the way and explain how they were going to upcharge me for extra services I didn’t ask for. They said they would assess once they looked at the car. This sounded super fishy to me. I explained that all I wanted was a car wash and he continued to explain that he was going to need to add more services to clean the car.
I then said I wanted to cancel the wash because I didn’t trust that they weren’t going to bill me more money. He wouldn’t let me cancel the wash and instead billed me and never showed up for the wash. Now I am trying to get a refund from Washe.
Do not use in Los Angeles, you would be better off going to a car wash or just connecting to a trusted car washer/detailer on your own.

Costumer absolutely the worst and app very bad Desing
There seems to be a couple issues regarding my last service.
Asked for wax, there was no wax on the car but got charged for it.
No eta provided, people not available not shown on app and tried multiple times and only thing I got was multiple charges, I know they’re just pending but it’s annoying having multiple charges on both credit card and checking account.
Even messaged the person that was coming and he never answered.
Was told he could come for an extra charge but 75$?????!!! Plus the regular amount of $225 for a mistake of you guys not me, That’s insane. No car wash service I’ve ever used has charged me that much money to have a person come to clean my car instead of just displaying that there’s no workers available so people don’t waste their time and money.
The costumer service is extremely bad and rude people, instead of helping and giving you solutions they want me to cancelled instead of finding ways to fix the problem to bring business to the company. Is not my fault that the app is not good enough to show that they don’t have anyone available it shows that I was assigned to a detailed for ours and never change the ETA, trying to contact the detailer never works either they never answer phone or messages.

PLEASE come to Denver!
This sounds like the next best invention since pizza and I speak for everyone in Denver that you should bring your service here. Especially after it snows. My wife and I are always procrastinating/sleeping/working too much and don't make it to our busy car washes, especially after it snows and there's dried root beer float stuck to our cars. My white SUV (his name is Harvey) went so long without a wash one season that when I did finally get him a bath I got out of work later on and was looking for a brown car and walked right by him.
Denver will welcome you with open arms! 😺😺🚙🚘🚿🚗

Buyer Beware - Cars Damaged by Washers
Buyer beware! The washers are independent contractors and Washe will run in the other direction when your car is damaged. Terms & Conditions state damages must be reported within 24 hours or they will do nothing to help you. Recently, I used Washe to was two cars and both were damaged by the washer. To make it worse, one was about a month old and had 500 miles. The washer used a pressure washer instead of hand washing and cut through the decals on the car’s exterior. Washe threw the terms and conditions in my face after I discovered the damage a few days later. I won’t be using their services ever again and would caution everyone else to beware of this warning.

Worst app-
They are great when you actually get a washer assigned to you and they actually come in the time frame you have requested…
I’ve been canceled on multiple times even when I schedule days in advance.
They charge you immediately even though they don’t assign a washer to you until they’re like 12 minutes from your house….
Chatting in the app is impossible. They clearly don’t have anything coded correctly to make the app actually function.
Even how they have the prices lined up aren’t in the right order. Why is the $400 wash before the $150? They use to have a $30 one. Where did that go!?

Like Uber for Car Washes
This app is really like Uber for car washes. You go into the app and select your location and choose your wash. Before you know it the person is on the way to come make your car clean and shiny. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job. I’ve used the app a number of times and each time is great. I highly recommended this app.

Palm Beach Gardens, FL- best of the best, Jerry D.
I had to come here to leave a review since I’ve been a loyal customer with Washe for awhile now and just recently had the best detail job ever! I had two guys show up under the name, Jerry D., and they must have had a history of working with luxury/exotic cars because they make your car look brand new and they know how to leave it as if it’s sitting on display. Best wash I ever had!
Thank you…

Waste of your time go elsewhere
I used this app successfully one time. The other 3-4 times they failed to find a detailer. I live in a major metropolitan area (the same one this company is based) and have even tried scheduling ahead. What a disappointment I will just stick with the car wash. Update: guy shows up this morning. Unannounced, app was still showing “looking for detailer” they washed my car and left. The interior still dirty, crumbs on the seats, finger prints and dog noses on the window. I wrote to Washe and they said I should have booked a full detail with a double interior clean for the crumbs on the center of the seats and the dirty windows. At nearly $150 I think I’ll stick to my local car wash that does in and out for $30 and leaves my car spot less. I wish I could add photos…..
Update in response to developer response: I did attempt to contact Washe, I spoke to someone there named Lauren who couldn’t care less and told me to kick rocks. NEVER AGAIN

Hi there, We're so sorry to hear you've had this experience with our washers and with customer service. Can you please contact us at info@washe.io with more information so that we can ensure this does not happen again. - Washé
A perfect system!
Think Lyft, but for car washing. I recently got a car from a person that had a large white dog. The car was a mess. I got the full service package. They arrived promptly, were professional and went above and beyond. They even got a sticker off that was fused to the window. Will definitely use this app again!

Don’t wasté your time
Don’t wasté your time with washé. Believe the bad reviews and the lightly veiled, semi-shady support replies to the reviews. They are all true; that’s just how this company rolls.
Wasted an entire day waiting on a wash only to have it cancelled at 6:30 at night after waiting all day. Isn’t the whole point convenience ? Maybe you should re-evaluate your customer mission, your purpose in the market, and the brand values of your company. If I had all day to waste my valuable time, I’d go sit at a car wash. I’m so irritated by the situation that I’m passing this review along in that hopes that it will help out another busy professional without time, to, uh, wasté. Get it together, washeé
We live in the second largest city in the state with a population of 7 million. If you can’t make this work here outside of what seems to be your home base market in Los Angeles, then you won’t be able to do it anywhere.
