  • Garbage now

    This app is garbage now. Even when you’re literally on the local network with direct connect enabled it takes almost 5 minutes before it loads anything. I end up giving up and switching to my laptop and getting the answer I need before this even loads. Never used to have this issue now it’s on all devices. I would never buy from this company again.

  • This version sucks

    Please fix this App. In Site Manager it will not allow me to go Network anymore but brings me to Application which is useless

  • So frustrating!!!

    I love the hardware and the software is well designed (albeit with a hideous number of sub menus making it quite hard to work out where one particular setting is).

    It could be so good but getting sick to the back teeth of the dreaded β€œ Starting Application is taking longer than expected ..” message. Nothing helps, moving close to the router being on hard line , rebooting … it just seems that 90% of the time the system doesn’t want to communicate. Renders the entire set up and all the work on the app etc completely useless. Incredibly frustrating

  • Can’t Connect Anymore

    Updated to 10.17 and 2FA is failing. The code I’m sent isn’t accepted. Can’t connect to my console anymore.

  • Cannot connect to console

    Something changed in the app that cannot login to the console, stuck at 2FA.
    At the same time, login via browser works.

  • Wifi channels missing from Dashboard

    Overall I love the app. However I noticed today that WI-FI channel usage no longer appears on the dashboard page. Is this a bug? Or by design?
  • Okay app, but 2FA everyday is annoying

    Face ID enabled already and it still asks for 2FA once per day, very annoying. Tried to set longer web session on the account, but it won’t save with the stupid β€œauto” session length disabled
  • Messes up console reporting

    We have been using this product for a few years, but in the last year it seems to not be working very well. Two situations come to mine just recently on a school site over 200 devices in different buildings and on different vans all reported to becoming through a WAP mesh pro. Once we removed the iOS app from devices that normally connect over the Internet to the unify controller two days later all the numbers were back to the way they should be.
    This has been a problem even on a controller that has multiple sites.
    Once the app interacts with that site, the console loses track of what devices are connected to what other devices.

  • Cannot Reach AP

    Unable to join the network.
  • Some features are not working properly

    For example you cannot change led colour (after different colour is selected from pallet there is no button to save)
