Great Grind

Great game to keep grinding in, even years later, I still find things to do in my last playthrough. It does suffer from the grindy aspects of mobile games where you can just outright skip waiting by paying for it.

I miss the old one

It’s really sad how much they’ve changed the game. I started playing this game around quarantine and it was amazing. It was immersive, lonely, dark, and just super fun. I came back to the game after like a year of not even thinking about it and it’s basically nothing like I remember. The camp system is super weird and I hate it, the old camps were better. The beginning where you wake up has changed and the one they had when they updated it in 2022 was honestly the best, the game feels like it’s becoming super washed over and the developers are catering to what a mobile game *should* look like. The game used to be so original- it was better than a lot of other games, even a lot of the ones I’ve played on console and pc. It’s lost so much of its spirit and I really hope the developers see that the game they had 2-3 years ago was absolutely amazing. Please bring back the original. I still respect this game but I played it for maybe 15 minutes and I jus couldn’t continue because of how much just isn’t right about it. It’s not even the same game by this point. The only things that stayed the same is the walking around, searching (for the most part), and the battles. Once again, this game really needs to go back to the beautiful game it was.

Need new content or storyline’s

This game is amazing but when you complete the only 2 story lines, that’s it. Story lines kept me motivated to continue playing but what’s the point after? We need more story’s, more areas. If you make more, then maybe much more people will come back to the game? Just add more story’s please.

Amazing game

I love the new update but the fact i have to wait a certain leval before upgrading my work bench is annoying. Why do i have to wait till leval ten when i have the stuff for it at leval 4

Unfair & unfun update

I was level 90 when the update came out, really late game, grinding for weeks to get titanium weapons and gear. This update completely ruined all the grind, causing me to start all over without any compensation for it, during the WEEK I bought premium. The recipes are too expensive, making iron and steel is completely unreasonable due to black coal being difficult to find and coming in low quantity, not to mention actual parts, which require you to fight difficult battles for minimal reward. Crafting times is horrid, basic things now take hours to complete, the fire is limiting and forces you to bulk craft in pathetically small amounts even with the max fire. This update was so the devs could make more money since it makes the grind unfun and tries to incentivize you to use tokens. My weapons got downgraded to lower quality, my homemade rocket launcher just unmade itself so I have a bunch of rockets I can’t even use, I can’t even get to the tier of crafting I was before due to the restrictions and materials. Really awful decisions on the devs part on what could’ve been an otherwise amazing update visually and content wise. If they seriously cheapen up the station upgrades or at least make the resources to acquire them more easily accessible and compensate the high level players for all this lost progress and grind, and also remove the really dumb real time crafting system they implemented, I’ll bump the score up. Otherwise, 👎

Absolutely ridiculous

I have been playing this game since 2017 and to see how low it’s sunk is disgraceful. You guys had a great idea going forward and mired it with ridiculous mechanics and soulless cash grabs. Having to wait REAL TIME to craft/unlock items? Come on. And not only that, but things such as selling meats and valuables have been severely impacted and worsened. The game I remember had a soul, and that’s where i’m heading, see you guys once this mess is fixed.

New update is ridiculous.

The game changed crafting and now you get to wait for hours while upgrades finish unless you use a speed up token which of course can be bought. Anyone who’s been a high level for a while now is forced to restart to go back and get all the blueprints yet the game won’t allow for that without a huge amount of gas which can no longer be bought properly as they’ve removed the selling of 90% of items. You get guns like they’re nothing now and yet you can’t even sell any of them.

We listen to criticism and make changes that help to prevent catching survivors off guard. You can try using tokens to speed up development of the camp. We have taken your comments into account!

A hollowed shell of its formal glorious self

Been a player since 2017. The game has all the tools to become a success, but the devs decided to lock everything behind a paywall with many horrible update changes. I been through the time that the game has more than 1k players weekly and now with less than 100 players. The newest update is another slap to the face for loyal long-time players which added “compensate tokens” and locks the only thing to do in the game which is to explore behind even more paywalls. What a same this game has become. I recommend just playing the older versions.
