I purchased a number of films from the group over the last number of years. About six months ago, I was not able to access my purchases, with one exception. I have been in conversation back-and-forth with customer service over email. I started conversations with them when I noticed the problem last January. At first, they were quite responsive, and said they were working on the issue. I checked in once per month, and for the first couple months they sent replies saying they were still working on it. then I wasn’t getting any reply to any of my emails. I decided to call them, which was a long distance call. The first call said they would send an email, which never came the second call resulted in an email. These calls ended up costing me $16 in long-distance charges. The last email exchange informed me that they think faith-based content may be limited in my area, with no explanation regarding why there would have been a change since last year. I also asked if I could have a refund for the titles that I can’t access, at least two of them I haven’t watched yet. They have not replied to those questions, even though they have sent emails since.
