Great layout
Love this. I wish I could have it running in the background. It is an option if you upgrade. I'm not that committed yet, but I do like the setup and the reminders. You can adjust goals, duration, and repetitions. I have noticed a difference after using this for about a week. Jumped on a large trampoline without any issues ( something I had to wear a pantyliner for as a teenager). I am a mother to 5 (vaginally born) young children. Amazed that my pelvic muscles are stronger now than when I was a teen. For a free app, it's really nice.

Excellent app
This app does what it says and reminds you to do your kegals. It was worth paying for it to be able to set multiple reminders. Also gives you a good run down on how to do them properly and the benefits. If you have a terrible memory like myself and need to practise squeezing those muscles then just get it. You could also just get the free version and change the reminder time as you go :)
