The system doesn’t work. Lots of clients trying to book and pay without success. Missing several payment and client just get fed up and leave...Help desk keep saying it might be a problem with this and that browser, but when they sold it they never mentioned that it would only work with Chrome....

Constant issues
This app never works. Every time I get an email to approve an appointment or I check the Appointy calendar I get an error screen saying “Something Went Wrong”. It doesn’t matter if I’m connected on WiFi or cellular it never works. Utterly useless and incredibly frustrating.
Showing wrong number of people coming
We schedule group classes so multiple people sign up for the same appointment slot. As an example if 5 people are registered for a class and someone cancels the app says 5 people coming : [4]. The numbers should be switched as only 4 are coming.

Needs work and I have emailed multiple times to ask for changes. The mobile app doesn’t correctly get to correct date consistently, doesn’t let me do more than extreme basic stuff. Needs work.

I use Appointy for my voice lessons, and while I wish the app was as streamlined and clean as the website, it still gets the job done and adds a lot of convenience to the service.

This is is a great scheduling app. I have been using it daily since 2012! Appointments are easy to make for my clients and the app for business is seamless and easy to maintain.
Won’t recognize
It’s been a great calendar app, but now it won’t recognize my username and password. I can log in on my computer using the internet, with the same username/password, but can’t on then app. Believe me, I’ve verified multiple times that I’m using the same username and password.
