  • Amazing customer service and patient care!!

    Dr. Bender helped my 90 year old grandma who had Covid recover quickly by prescribing her life saving medicine that other doctors wouldn’t! He responded within an hour of me reaching out and his nurse was so patient on help us through the process of registering my grandma and getting her prescriptions sent over the same day! A few days later I tested positive and they’ve helped me quickly, professionally and with the utmost care. I’m so thankful for his service!!

  • Terrible and no support

    I started an account but couldn’t find a Dr only 2 were listed and both were not involved any more so I decided to delete my account so they wouldn’t charge my card well you can’t delete it or edit it or get your card and personal info off of it. I ended up deleting the app and info hoping that will prevent them from charging me! Really terrible app and program imo!

  • Don’t us this app

    Have been waiting over a week now for the first response. Didn’t have insurance and needed medical help so I thought this app could help me out… I was wrong, I sent multiple doctors a message and haven’t gotten one response back in over a week.

    This app is just awful… can’t delete card info, a whole week with no responses from doctors, can’t reset my password. Very pointless.

    These people wasted 6 days of my time. I answered all 12 questions and was begging for help and they would respond only every other day with another question… worthless idiots
  • Tech company unethical

    These lousy tech oligarchs gave my doctor one and a half hours to comply with an exorbitant fee increase. Can you imagine the evil intent on offering physicians a service and once all of their patients are on board, with no warning at all, raising their fees?? My doctor refused, because he would not pass the fee onto his patients. He was de-platformed. This doctor has committed his practice to helping Covid patients.

    How are you suppose to wipe personal Data when you are done with the app? No delete account button anywhere on app.
  • The name Medici should be your first clue

    Thank god I read the reviews before I added my credit card or was in need of medical assistance. 4 days wait for a response?? Any company that associates itself with the name Medici either doesn’t know that families reputation or worse, endorses their practices.
  • Can’t sign up

    The date format can’t be changed, thus not even allowing me to get signed up.
  • Wasted time - disappointing

    Over 84 hours now with out a reply, response or even a auto bot msg. App does say that they are very busy and that’s understandable. However listing that you typically reply within 12 hours? Going on days 4 now.
    Unable to delete Credit Card info from profile, does not even give you the option. No charges have shown up at this time but did contact my bank to give the, a heads up. Four days wasted when we could have been getting real medical help elsewhere.
