    Every time I try to create an account it says server not available. It’s been like this for days
  • Servers down?

    Been trying to reconnect with my doctor and app keeps saying to try again later as they can’t connect with the server. Been like this for more than a day. They need to fix this soon as I have come to rely on being able to talk with my doctor and I can’t get ahold of them any other way at this point. So frustrating.

  • This App does not work

    I downloaded the App, then set everything up. I started a chat and answered some questions. Now I can send or receive messages and it won’t let me sign in. They have my credit card info and I don’t know how to delete the information. Very frustrating!!!
  • No multi users?

    I have two patients and one practice but the app can only work for one of the patients. The doctor said I should download the app twice which of course is impossible. This app would get 5 stars if multiple users on the same account could be accessed.
  • Very practical and convenient

    This app has been a very useful tool for me to connect with a physician who was able to provide me with practical care and recommendations that were backed by peer-reviewed articles/data. The doctor shared this information with me. The service was convenient and easy to use. I did have an issue when entering my address as some other reviewers mentioned but I was able to get through this step and ultimately my correct address was able to be input.

    The app won’t accept my address.
  • this site is a scam

    This site has a doctor and under the things he can supposedly help you with is ‘covid’ and ‘masks’. After sending my question- all he said was ‘you have to talk to your regular doctor for that’ and charged me $35! I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.
  • Unable to enroll

    I’ve tried to set up an account but it won’t let me enter my email address as requested. I tried another email address and had the same problem. Not sure what the problem is. Oh well, it looked promising.
