Easy set up, neat map, but wish map would persist
It’s not the most polished app I’ve ever seen but it is really cool that you can see the real time position of the vacuum and the area it has covered. I only wish that the map it generated would be shown all the way up until the next time the vacuum would run. This way, I could check to see what area was covered each day anytime I happen to remember to look instead of needing to remember what time it should be finishing up and having only a small window of time to catch it before it is erased.

Alerts not working
I have all notifications turned on, but do not receive any. I have to manually check the app to see, for example, the vacuum is stuck, which defeats the whole purpose of being alerted when there is an issue. I know I need the app to install updates, but if it weren’t for that I’d just use the remote control.

Not Bad need a few tweeks
Got this installed and working.
The Vacuum responds well but Alexa only allows turn Robot on , Turn Robot Off.

Stopped working
App has suddenly stopped connecting to the vacuum. Says “Updating” but that’s been going on for several hours now. The App when it works is just okay. The other reviewers have expressed the deficiencies of this app. No need to do it again. I have not been able to get it to link with Alexa but that’s not very important to me. App should work better than it does. I am beginning to be weary of apps that ask you to sign up for only marginal utility.

Easy set up
This works 100% easy set up and update of the firmware on my robo vac. Follow instructions and not a single problem. Setup with Alexa was simple and straightforward.
Buggy, doesn’t refresh properly
While the hardware (the vacuum robot) has its problems, I am only focusing here on the app.
- my scheduled times often disappear
- it shows the robot offline, I have to remove the device then re-add it to make it work
- the status of the robot is completely out of wack, it I’ll show charging when my device is cleaning the house, or cleaning while the device is charging. Also why isn’t the battery meter more accurate?
- when will it add a map of the areas it vacuum so you can have a real-time update on what’s been vacuumed ?

App isn’t working, my vacuum is useless without it, please fix it
Useless
The app has been working fine for around 6 months, now has stopped working. It won’t let me log in. Tried resetting the password and the same thing happens. Sort yourselves out please I have a useless vacuum cleaner now
