App doesn’t save map
I wouldn’t mind all the other flaws if it would just remember the map - after a few hours vacuuming, if it gets stuck or momentarily restarts, the entire map of where the vacuum has been is wiped out, so it starts all over doing the same spots in your house, meanwhile ignoring parts it hasn’t done yet.

App still needs some work.
The app itself presents itself nicely. The issue is the not so great experience in general. Here are issues I found:
- Setting up a new device was horrible and not seamless. I had to restart the new device process 10+ times because it kept getting stuck on “registering to cloud services”. It eventually went through after white listing and turning off all security features on my router. I have never had to do that for a device. After it synced, I turned everything back on with no issues connecting.
- App would hang on certain menus in the new device process. It would only show a white pop up and no error or indication of something wrong.
- The map feature is nice but could use some quality of life features. Such as being able to erase parts of the map for remapping.
- some of the menu text and interface is overlapping on the side menu.
- The app hangs when backing out to the main dashboard, or even selecting the device you added. I have a fast wireless router and speed so its not an internet connection issue.
That is pretty much all i have for now. I hope these issues can be resolved as i love the device but the app control is not a great experience.

Just wrote a review
So I complained because the app didn’t work well. And to be fair it doesn’t really. But if you can’t control your robot disconnect it and reconnect it. It probably needs an update and for some reason you can’t give it an update unless you do that. Now it works fine.
Possible Data stealing
I purchased a HEPA filter unit controlled by this app but after being required to enable location services and enter my personal wifi network password directly into the app I’m fully convinced the products designed to work with this app are just a front for this app to steal data. Use at your own risk!

So difficult to connect with led bulb.

If your product has a smart wifi feature with this app consider it obsolete. It won’t connect to the wifi and it’s not a user error. The system is severely underdeveloped. My product works without the app but it would have been nice to get another product with a remote vs this app (dis)functioning one.

Poor app!
The app is quite confusing and there is no options to customize and program your device according to your type of house. For example if you live in a house if more than one floor the robot has no pattern of cleaning.
You can’t even save your rooms or cleaning spaces. The app considers the whole world live in a square or rectangle.
You must work on this app a lot otherwise you will transform a nice device in just another vacuum cleaner.

Works perfectly fine
Actually I don't know why this app got 2.5 as of mid May19?! This is a good app for their vacuum robot cleaner and it does the job pretty easily without any kinds of problems! Very straightforward
Needs to be better
For some reason you can’t control the suction power via the app
