App designed by folks that never use it
This seems like an afterthought app that’s really just a web interface that’s already horrible.
Nothing loads anymore
I can’t even get my ID card or recent claims to load when needed. Just the “circle of death” keeps spinning and “loading”

Would give 0 stars if I could.
The app is basically useless, all it does it says it is “loading” when you try to click on something but basically loads forever so you can’t use any function on it.
This needs to be fixed as I would like to access my health insurance information on my phone, and I am stuck using it since this is the only option I have to try to access this information on a mobile app.

Crashing
Just downloaded the app and have attempted new signs to register. Every time I leave the app to check the authentication process in my email or cell phone. The app must be restarted. It’s been a vicious loop for 10 attempts now.
Worst app
The app never works. I want to save my medical card to my Apple wallet and I’m unable to. It also never works. Everything take forever to load not useful at all.
Wish I Didn’t Have To Use It
None of the hyperlinks work when trying to find a provider. This app is NOT user friendly. I’m not impressed with any of the features and I’m irritated I have to use this. Customer service/help buttons are no help either.
Can’t find provider
Trying to locate an in network provider and the app won’t look at other locations.
Slow, clunky, inoperable
Cannot access ID card or download statements. Either spins and won’t load or will show an error.
Useless App
This app gives me zero functionality beyond accessing my medical ID cards. I can’t find any information whatsoever for my FSA and there’s very limited interactivity overall. Why does this app even exist, and why do there seem to be other similar (dysfunctional) Trustmark apps? Any time I have to access my benefits it’s an enormous struggle. I hate this company.

Network providers
This search only brings up hospitals not providers. You have to call the doctors to verify coverage or call insurance agent.
