Very basic and not user-friendly
I would have thought twice about switching to Frank if I had known how bad the app was. There is no way to get your meter readings (in the app or on the website), no way to see the separate readings when you have multiple meters, and if you want to see the hourly breakdown of your usage it only loads one day at a time so in practice you can never go back more than a couple of daysShow lessRrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhh

Bad customer service
Customer service is shocking, rude/surly woman on the other end and took 45 minutes to actually talk to someone. Requested a call back just to be put back on hold for 20 minutes. Paper invoice received 5 days after the due date instead of 5 days before due date. They really want you to do everything online which some people can’t do. All they want is your money and they don’t care about customers. Just pray you never have to contact them as it is a very painful experience.Show lesschange.quality.samsung

I connected with Frank after a recommendation from a friend as Frank offers the cheapest power in comparison with others in my area. There was a stumble at the start of our connection. Due to two houses on the same driveway and power box number confusion. The last year plus has been great. Power has remained low and in budget 👍Show lessKakahsa

Error messaging
Have had this app installed for the past couple of years logged out of my account now I can’t get back into the app. Each time I download this app and log in it shows a “cant load at this time error” you can’t log in past this point as it doesn’t give you an option. Issues clearly need to be fixed.Mellissa8.
Just never works
Very frustrating as it’s never worked. Frank don’t seem to do anything about it either. Considering switching companies if I can’t keep track of usage.the_don46
