Error messaging
Have had this app installed for the past couple of years logged out of my account now I can’t get back into the app. Each time I download this app and log in it shows a “cant load at this time error” you can’t log in past this point as it doesn’t give you an option. Issues clearly need to be fixed.
Just never works
Very frustrating as it’s never worked. Frank don’t seem to do anything about it either. Considering switching companies if I can’t keep track of usage.
Update no longer supports pre iOS-13
No thanks for pushing out an update with no warning that it would make it inoperable on older versions of iOS (i.e. pre-13). If I had known I would not have updated it and would’ve simply continued to use the legal app. Most service providers recognise the need for more agnostic apps that work on older operating systems, or at least leave older legacy versions in the App Store for these users. You are an app to monitor electricity usage, allow bill downloads, accept refill orders & receive payments, it’s hardly the stuff of Fort Knox nor relentless upgrades. By comparison my NZ mobile phone co apps do all the same things yours does, but they get an update once in a blue moon (they know if it ain’t broke don’t fix it) and they always support older iOS by retaining legacy versions.

Something went wrong
Also, something went wrong. You could try again, but, something went wrong.
The bill projection is useless, unfortunately, as the final bill often varies by about $40-$50 by the time it finishes processing.
Went through billing hell when signing up. Had almost 3 bills a month before they settled it down. No idea why we kept getting small random partial bills. Super annoying.

Trouble getting a current reading
I had a meter reading over two weeks ago and since then I haven’t been able to get a daily reading on the application. Not sure if I need to delete the app and start again or what??? I loved being able to track how much electricity I was using on a daily basis AND making sure I had enough money in my account. Can someone please fix this?

We just love Frank energy….so easy to order gas bottles and super competitive pricing for both gas and electricity. The app is really easy to use and understand where pricing is at….where energy use is at and how my bill is tracking. Highly recommend Frank energy AAA+++
Superb app
Compared to the contact app this is light years ahead, ordering gas through contact was unreliable and often required a phone call to the local franchise, Frank is just hit a button to order and the gas arrives a few days later.
Nice app, but painfully slow
Has some cool features, but using it is painful because the data take 30 seconds or so to load. I have gigabit internet, so the problem isn’t at my end.
My two year old coulda made a easier app..
No idea how to use it, everything says “oops, something went wrong” what a waste of thumb clicking..
Love the new version
No comparison to the old version this is very informative. Tells you how much your using by the hour! Brilliant. Can download prior bills and can compare last months to the ones before. It’s great 10/10
