Sorry to hear you are still having a problem! After checking that you have upgraded to the latest version, you could try disabling Touch ID and then logout, then log back in and re-enable it? The next time you login after that you should be back in action again. If that doesn't help please do get in contact and we can see if we can help. Many thanks!
