Spams me 2-3x/day
I set up a particular flight to track. I want a notice when the price drops. I also want economy, but not basic economy. It tells me three times a day that it’s time to book, but the price is steady, not dropped. And will not give me the different economy options, only the restricted one where I can’t pick seats in advance. It offers me to filter but the filter doesn’t take. I had to stop notifications-this app is not helpful in any way.Show lessmadatrestart

Transfer flight needs visa?!
Horrible experience with this company. I always buy tickets with edreams and never had any issue. This time I wanted to try flighthub because of all the good reviews. This app gave me an option to transfer from Canada, which apparently needs a transit visa, without any warning. I found out by luck one day before my flight and had to pay twice as much as my original ticket to change the flight. Checked three other websites and no other website shows you flight options where you need visa for transit. How is the customer supposed to know this??? Unbelievable.Show lessMypetfeelssorry

Don't ever buy plane ticket HERE! SCAM! No refund and only travel credit for 2 months reservation they can offer! They only think of their business. Not to give good service to customers. First and last time I will buy ticket to this toxic Flighthub.tangnamu
Scam artists
I booked a flight through this app with flair air.
Said under the booking that flights may be cancelled within 24 hours for cancellation fee.
Paid 150 CAD for cancellation. They rejected my application even though I did it all by the book within 24 hours of booking. Didn’t even refund the 150 CAD of the cancellation fees ruined my holiday season. I got scammed for about 850CAD.
Did not pick up the phone when I tried to contact them(I was on the phone waiting for 5 hours) on 3 different days. Did not reply to my emails.
Please just don’t download the atrocious app, the only reason I couldn’t follow up legally is because that would’ve cost too much money in itself.Show lessRaunaq Singh Dhillon 07

Never opt it’s services
Worst experience ever as they don’t pick up the calls or reply to your emails once you have made the payment and even are least interested in retaining their clients for the future due to their attitude. I came to know from my friends that my flight might have been cancelled. I tried to contact the agent but they didn’t answer my call. At last I was not allowed to board the flight at the airport as they had booked a divided flight from India to Canada via London and did not tell me anything about it before booking the flight. Now even after that I am not able to contact them for the refund. Would not recommend their service to anyone. 👎🏼👎🏼Show lessRoh Ji
Be Aware
My experience with Flighthub has been ridiculous. I have been using Flighthub for the last 4 years atleast. Earlier this year I booked a flight to Italy, as everyone knows Italy has a lockdown and unfortunately we had to cancel our flight, now I know that my Creditcard company would cover me for the flight cancellations due to pandemic. So I called Flighthub and cancelled. My struggle started right after that, apart from an auto generated email saying my flight was cancelled, there is nothing from Flighthub, after waiting on hold for 2.5 hours finally got a hold of someone amd they refused to send an email stating the flights are non refundable and no travel credit/voucher for given to us, since that’s what we need to prove to our CC company that we haven’t received any travel voucher or travel credit or refund from Flighthub. Flighthub doesn’t check their emails apparently so your emails are unanswered and the only way you can get help is though online (which is useless) or through phone waiting for 2+ hours (literally).
I made a phone with Air transat with whom the flight had booked and they were kind enough to send me the details and manually typed in saying that flight was cancelled and it’s non refundable.
Flighthub is a disastrous! Be cautious and be aware!! Not sure how they got all these stars, I wonder may some fake reviews????Show lessRappus
No communication
I booked a flight from San Francisco to Manila and my connecting flight was cancelled. I never received an email from the airline or Flighthub about the cancellation, so I didn’t learn about it until the day before my flight. I had no choice but to pay their $35 fee to refund my ticket and it’ll take 12-18 weeks to process it. Never using Flighthub again and I suggest you don’t either. 👎Show lessRyan Posadas
