I bought a ticket in this company in December 2019, due to the pandemic my mother could not travel in April 2020, FligthHub said that he would return the money in a voucher twice and 5 months have passed and I have not received anything! I bought the ticket with the Kayak app, I spoke with FligthHub on three occasions telling me that there was no problem and they would give me the voucher, liars! they never gave me anything! Air Canada and United are offering full refunds, as I booked through this terrible 3rd party site they are charging me $125 to get 116 dollars worth of credit on my flight. Shame on you! Don’t use this site. ScammersBand-a-bee
Never Again
I booked a flight for a friend. Within 15 minutes dates changed but I could not modify my dates. I booked a 2nd flight figuring it was within 24 hours I’d just cancel the first. Yeah...no. The site would not let me cancel. I spend 30 minutes on hold to be told I had to call flight hub. Why the hell is just flys number on flight hubs site. I call flight hub to get the exact same menu option and stale hold music but for a hour this time. $75 to cancel. I have to pay this before getting credited. Cannot take it out of my credit. No thanks. Never again. Enjoy the $75 it’ll be the last.Show lessMavofbab
Worst search function EVER!
I have a health condition that requires I sit in the front of the plane with extra room - so I have to purchase first class, but I want to find the least expensive option. I tried to search for a first class ticket REPEATEDLY! which IS an option they SUPPOSEDLY offer! But EVERY single search result was filled with economy flights. So, it was impossible to find the least expensive first class ticket. Then when I tried to “filter” the results I found there wasn’t an option to filter for first class ONLY to list it at the beginning of the search - which OBVIOUSLY does NO good!
The search function in this app is worthless! Save yourself time and choose one of the MANY other travel app options!Show lessMiranda109712
They booked wrong date
Would give zero Stars if I could. I entered my dates and made the reservation. It was no cheaper than other sites. I double-checked and confirmed the reservation. Got my itinerary and they had me leaving a day late. Mistake on their end, they still charged me cancellation fee of $75. Never using this service again.Show lessblabla6163
worst and cheap service ever
Few months ago i bought ticket from “Flighthub” from Toronto to Istanbul (01may - 11may) with Ukraine Airline($915 cad) There was cancellation fee(19.9cad) which one after cancellation i can use that money as a credit for buying for next time. I had another problem and i cancel my trip. When i cancel they told me “you can use your credit only for same way and same airlines and we will charge you another $160cad for another ticket” and i accept it. Now i wanna buy ticket to Istanbul and i found ticket $1272cad (same airline). But when I want to buy it with my credit($915cad) that price is not $1272cad they show me $1786cad and after $915 I should pay another $871 Canadian dollar. I call them and speak with them and I hold on the phone for almost 2 hours... But they told me you have not another choice and hangup to my face..Show lessAyyub H.
