Crappy app that fails just when you need it
The app is really hard to navigate - difficult to figure out how to perform the tasks you need it to do. UI/UX is atrocious compared to the other banking apps I use (Mercury, Chase).
DBS forces users to use the banking app to verify online transactions made using credit cards that it issues. However, their app is unacceptably non-performant and the magic link always times out.Show lessfantastic chicken
Minus the excessive logout time, good app
And the app window blockout making it impossible to put by account numbers into anything.
Overall good app tho. Only one I like better is ChasePandorasLB
Very bad service
The app is not useful and mostly a junk. I tried many many times to open a bank account through it ( as it was requested by the employee in front of the bank door not just to go online through the app). For 10 days the app go through the process and retrieve my sing-pass information and then it is mentioning that there are technical issues that will not last long!Show lessMaroElH
Best banking app in Singapore
Hands down the easiest and best app to use in Singapore. Branch service is “ehhh” but the app is miles above Citibank, HSBC, etc…JohnnySingapore
Internet Banking
I have been using internet banking from DBS for the past few years and has been a seamless experience and has been smooth. The rates from the bank are competitive with no hidden charges. The best internet experience.Deva S

Tried to sign up for an account using my Singpass and input details and every time the app says it has trouble connecting . I wouldn’t trust these clowns with my money if they can’t even get a simple app sign up right .Lexustheimpalwr
