  • Unusable after last update

    The app is so now unusable. After logging in it immediately displays the message “This session has time out for your security, please login again” then kicks you out. All updates are done. App has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing will fix it.
  • Keeps crashing and logging out

    Recently this App is completely rubbish, keeps giving an error whenever you log in, and you have to repeatedly try to login again.

    Please fix this bug
  • Quite amazing

    I am amazed at how much the app has successfully replaced the bank teller/officer in allowing online transactions in the comfort of one’s home. There are glitches in stepping through the security measures, and sometimes those can be confusing and frustrating. DBS has nonetheless been innovative & creative in its online banking offerings.

  • Unable to login for the past month

    My colleagues and I have been unable to login to the app for quite some time. We have been receiving a notification immediately everytime we try to login, and it says “This session has timed out for your security. Please login again.” We’re working in the states. We’ve updated the app, updated ios, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, all to no avail. Please fix it.

  • Keeps immediately logging out after using Face ID

    Persistent bug since iOS15 even with the latest version. Once you log in with Face ID, and you gain access, the app immediately says you’re logged out. DBS really needs to fix this one.
  • One of the better banking apps I have used

    I long for the days when we could actually depend on living people for help. This said, the age of applications helps us avoid miscommunication. There is also a lot to be said for convenience. As someone in his 50s, using tech isn’t my first choice, but out of all the banking apps I have used over the past few years, this one seems to be the most secure and dynamic. I can get a lot done with it, and I feel confident that my data (and$$$) is safe.

  • Really convenient and user friendly app

    Have used this app for a longtime. More often since the pandemic started. Find the app very user friendly and simple to use
  • iPhone heating up

    Recently I noticed that the app is heating up my iPhone 10 very fast. This was not an issue previously. Please get your Technical team to check and resolve.
  • Good app even though not perfect

    Mostly functional but didn’t like how soon you have to act before it times out. Also interface could use improvement to make it more intuitive and easy to navigate. Just look up other banks interface and learn from it...how hard is that?
  • App does not even work

    The barebones functionality with intrusive ads notwithstanding, this app no longer works. The only solution is to delete and redownload the app everytime you want to access DBS services. Do better.
