  • Crash in a few seconds

    It always crashes in a short moment. It’s an unbelievable low quality bank client.

    Very easy to login and navigate.
  • Good app

    I like the spending overview it does. Would be cool if it had a budget planner in there as well. Like that I could quickly set a budget for different occasions like eating out and see how far I am along during the month. I did not understand why I needed to provide so much stuff the bank already has when applying for a credit card but anyway good start!

  • Unable to access functions in App

    The app allows me to log on but prevents me from accessing anything beyond the homepage. So no access to my account info, statements, etc and the MORE options (like card activation or personal details) tell me the at there is an error). I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app but am having the same problem.

  • Good revisions

    They recently made some good revisions to the app which eliminated a lot of the bugs I was having with using Pay Now. The digital token still gets annoying sometimes but I appreciate the idea to keep our accounts safer.
  • Multiple technical issues after recent update

    Update: I downloaded the latest version. It’s getting worse. Each session was timed out “for security reason” even tho I spent less than 10 seconds on the app. If you’re on older IOS like myself please think twice before updating the app.

    I’m facing issues such as multiple login and Paynow failures, longer period for the app to respond to a request, oh I couldn’t even leave a feedback at the end of the session etc etc. Each time the app would prompt a digibank alert. I’m using iPhone XR, iOS 13.4.

  • Worst Customer Service Ever

    App goes down and locked without any prior notice. When you calm customer service you can stay on hold for ages even if you are in the emergency line

    have just updated the app and this is my third one-star review - i log in and the same error message of “the session has timed out” appears again. we really do not need fancy performance enhancements of mapping money and such - we just need the app to view and conduct transactions. a world class digital bank experience - so not - when it can’t even perform its most basic function -

  • Session timeouts whenever I view an account

    Maybe the app doesn’t account for different time zones? Whenever I click on an account to see its transactions, the app shows a popup saying that the session has timed out, and it logs me out
  • Don’t force update

    Always force update when we need to use the app for payment. IRRITATING!!!

    After forced update, the app became unusable.
    Other users had been complaining about the same issue since 3rd Oct and it’s 6th Oct now.
