  • Beyond Disappointing

    All of the bad reviews for this app hold merit. Beyond disappointing and quite frankly disrespectful to their customers to even offer an app this bad. People pay a lot of money for your product the least you can do is offer an app that works.
  • Not updated for new iPhones

    No ability to select different lenses on iPhone 13
  • 4K 60fps drop to 720

    There’s a problem with this App people when you record in 4k it drops the FPS to 720 it’s not a Good app they need to fix it. Or I won’t buy a next gimbal from this company
  • Object tracking has some big flaws

    Object tracking stops working if the object turns around or steps off the frame. This is particularly problematic when tracking people’s faces, where people will turn their back some times. The solution here is to keep memory of the object chosen, rather than just look at the vector of movement. Another problem is that it does not work in selfie mode, the gimbals gets confused and mixes up with down. This mode is particularly useful for one man show when doing a stream.
    Another UX detail would be to simplify the object selection with a simple tap, rather than a drag selection.
    Another UX point is to hide the hardware selection after it has been selected. This is a one time setup for most users, so need to keep showing it in the main screen.

  • Didn’t work

    App doesn’t even open properly
  • Stay away. Garbage app

    If you think you can use your amazing camera on you iPhone to use this gimbal. Think again. They use their own native app which sucks. Poor resolution and j no one of the feature of my iPhone pro cameras. Basically makes the gimbal useless.
  • Doesn’t work on iOS 15.0.3

    This app does not work with iPhone 13 iOS 15.0.3. It requires you to provide all the agreements and access to bluetooth and photos etc, and then hangs on the opening screen. This renders the app and the Smooth 4 completely useless.

    Furthermore, everyone should read the terms and conditions, and the privacy policy. They basically say they will take all your data when using the app and give it to partners and the government, on request. This means that you are potentially sharing a lot of your personal data with the Chinese government and the companies partners. This may include visual, meta and location data. Highly suspicious!

  • iPhone 13 support lacking.

    Not able to use cinematic mode.
  • Weebull S missing as option

    Weebull S missing as option. This is the app in this documentation and where their QR leads. Does not connect when scanning QR as directed or when using “Other comparable stabilizer”. No option for it either. Absolute shame. No firmware updates, no phone control for gimbal movement, nothing. Their forms show this to be a known issue that I hadn’t read before purchase.

    About what I would expect for a China made product. All promise with no follow through.

    I’m returning my gimbal now. Just get a DJI out something else if you want any software support at all.

  • Smart Follow crashes the app within 5secs

    Hey there, I'm using the Weebill-S. Apparently when I'm using smart follow to track a person the Mobile app will crash. Can you look into it. Thanks!
