Crashes and Defunct

Since this review a month ago, no one has downloaded this app. This is a shame, because (1) it has been downloaded 19,200 times without incident and has climbed up the rankings in searches for a reason - it works; (2) the support website lowerbackyoga.com is NOT defunct (simply see for yourself); (3) there is a feedback button added for subscribers, and I have always responded within 24 hours. That said, I believe this user when he said he had a genuine problem with the videos crashing. While it's the first I've heard, the most likely cause would be a corruption during the subscription download. Deleting the app completely from the phone and reinstalling would have likely resolved this issue, and the reinstall would have preserved the subscription status at no further cost. A less likely reason would be too many apps opened in the background drawing on too many resources, but I doubt this. On April 20th, I first replied to this review requesting information from the user but got no reply. I can understand. I ask any of you considering this app not to be put off by this review and to download the free version for yourself. Thank you. - Fredric Bender
