Truly Disappointed!
Camera worked great before firmware update. Enjoyed getting text photos directly to my phone. Received notification email from Covert to update firmware. The update changed the settings and I was no longer receiving text photos of wildlife. I ended up calling customer service and they told me they didn't know what happened to my camera but confirmed I had the new firmware. One hour later after going back-and-forth with customer service they finally said the new firmware would not send text messages and I had to go through the CovertWireless application to view my photos. This worked for one week and my camera went dead. Since downloading the app a month ago I've been through 24 energizer lithium batteries. My camera has been disconnecting on and off and I've had to re-download the app several times. I'm at a crossroad again with my camera not working and deer season started. Baffled, confused and completely disappointed that a $500 product can't connect with the company driven application. This has nothing to with cell signal, data or photos available on my plan. The product doesn't work and it keeps costing me money....

I've been testing the app out for a few weeks now and I like what I see. The ability to request the camera snap a photo is nice, also like the ability to have multiple cameras listed within the app and that multiple people can have the app and receive the photos on their phone. It appears to send photo notifications very quickly.
One change I would suggest, allow the photo to rotate to landscape view when you flip the phone. While you can zoom in on the photo, portrait view doesn't give you much space to work with.
