Dropped the ball
Seriously covert why did you mess with a good thing? The new app is bad. Previous app you could control every setting in your camera in one screen. Now I have to back out and go to a different menu to fine different settings. High Res images do not download. Notification stays on the icon even after viewing. Navigation is awful. What was wrong with the old one? You should seriously consider giving a free month or something to everyone for dealing with this atrocity. It’s sad the Moultries app is better than this one now.

Bring Back Old Version
It is sad that you pay this much for a wireless camera and service and it does not work. We could have bought much cheaper cameras with no issues. It makes us question who is making the decisions for Covert. New application is terrible. It will not open half the time. Issues with deleting pictures. Issues with the prompt on the app showing pictures as new that have been seen. Locks up and is unusable without rebooting phone time after time. Take down the new app and bring back the old. It was great!

Updates turn good app to a very bad one
I thought updates were suppose to improve upon the last version. This certainly does not and makes me wonder if Covert is trying to scare away new business. Hangs up constantly, slow to load, pics are harder to view, fewer functions now available from cell phone. It’s bad enough to consider other wireless camera brands. Covert - go back to the last version or go back to the drawing board before this becomes a deal killer for your existing customers.

Awful
Been with covert for years, they used to be the front runners in the sending cams. Every time they update it’s nothing but problems. This app is by far the worst one yet. It’s like taking a step back in time. I mean you can’t even zoom or scroll more than a few pictures without a problem, let alone the duplicate and false alerts of pictures. I have way cheaper sending cameras with better apps than the current covert. Will probably start shopping elsewhere if this is the direction Covert is taking.

Please fix the app
I’ve had my camera for over a year, it was great until this new app just automatically updated, now this camera is a waste of money.. I just ordered 2 more coverts before this app updated also.. they will be here tomorrow, if the app isn’t fixed I’ll have to send them back.. before I got pics within a minute of when the pic was taken, now it sends me 30 or 40 at a time, and they are hrs from when they were taken.. I can’t zoom in like I could before.. very nice camera, but if this app isn’t fixed it won’t matter how nice they are. 5 star camera, 5 stars before the app change.. 1 star now.. please fix and I will promise to give you the review you should have.

App is Trash
CovertWireless come on!!! You literally have top of the line cameras which are very expensive and you brand yourself as high end product, then you need to execute on the APP. This app crashes all the time. When I go to delete more then 40 photos at a time it freezes. And the latest and greatest is the app freezes and won’t even open???? How is that helpful when the whole concept is to view photos at the touch of your finger tips???? Please put some R&D into your app so I can keep buying your cameras I’m honestly thinking about switch brands of cameras now with all they new wireless ones out there I may have too.

No longer getting notifications
This app is really buggy. The delete function has issues.. lowering or raising the sensitivity causes time lapse to come on.. while scrolling through pictures, of a new picture shows up it takes control of your screen causing you to start scrolling again. And the latest one that started like a week ago is notifications.. I am no longer getting notified.. no one on my account is. All of us have notifications on, all cameras have push notification on and the app account has push notifications on. I don’t know what the deal is.. I have 8 cameras and they no longer notify me of pictures.

Wake Up Covert !!!
Great camera, but app need reinvented. I’ve had three covert wireless cameras. The cameras I would recommend to anyone, but the app needs so much help That they should just start over. Unresponsive to the touch when trying to bring up pitchers or videos, and doesn’t delete photos properly. Have to back out to get deleted, if they got deleted at all. If a new pitcher comes in while viewing or deleting, it kicks you out to show new photo. For the serious hunters or security reasons Covert needs to fix these issues and possibly introduce a professional version to the update needed app. ....inthestand1....

Quality
This is a good app for the most part. I don’t like the way it locks up when you are viewing pictures and a new picture comes and you have to go out of the app and reopen. Most of the night pictures are not of good quality. For the money I paid for this camera I expect better pictures. The $99 Browning Command camera takes awesome pictures compared to this camera. Convert needs to focus on picture quality.

Needs Quality Assurance - Tool Many Bugs!
Really need to take a pass at some QA. When you delete an image while scrolling, it requires you to back all the way out and restart from the initial page. When deleting photos or liking photos in scroll, you have to back all the way for your inputs to register. If a new picture comes in while scrolling, it immediately takes over the screen and you have to close the app to get back to where you were. The “expand for more pictures” is not a great experience, just let me see all of them. Lots of bugs and not very user friendly. Very hard to manage a lot of photos. Just because it’s in the hunting industry doesn’t mean we don’t need a good experience. However, I do love getting real-time photos on my phone. I give it a 3 star because this app has a lot of potential and I want to see it succeed. Please invest in the app and I’ll buy more cameras!
